The Board of Public Affairs (BPA) is responsible for management of Kirkersville’s Septic Sewer System and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The BPA meets the last Tuesday of each month, 7:00 pm, at Town Hall, 135 N. 4th St.

Payments for Sewer can be paid four different ways:
• Drop payments (Cash, Check or Money Order) at Town Hall, 135 N 4th St, Kirkersville. A secure drop box is located on North side of building, near door. Be sure to include name & address or account number.
• Mail payment to: Village of Kirkersville, PO Box 211, Kirkersville, OH 43033
• Pay by Credit Card – 1-800-701-8560 – There is a fee for this service
• Pay via our Online Portal – There is a fee for this service
