The Board of Public Affairs (BPA) is responsible for management of Kirkersville’s Septic Sewer System and Wastewater Treatment Plant.
The BPA meets the last Tuesday of each month, 7:00 pm, at Town Hall, 135 N. 4th St.

Payments for Sewer can be made four different ways:
• Pay via our Online Portal – (3.5% Fee for Service)
• Mail payment to: Village of Kirkersville, PO Box 211, Kirkersville, OH 43033
• Pay by Credit Card – 1-800-701-8560 – (Fee for Service)
• Drop payments in Secure Dropbox (Cash, Check or Money Order) at Town Hall,
135 N 4th St, Kirkersville. Box on North side of building, near door. Include name, address or account number.
